Hope For Helmand Kankor Preparation Program
Capacity building
This program was designed to enhance the skills of graduating and 12th-grade students, preparing them to successfully pass the Pre-University Test (Kankor Exam). The program ran for a total of four terms, each lasting 6 and 3 months respectively, and enrolled 1,500 female and 3,500 male students. Additionally, TSDO provided voluntary support for the program for one year through local teachers.
Nangarahar Kankor Preparation Program

Under this program, 5000 high school graduates were trained and prepared for the Kankor national exam.
APRP Vocational Training Program for 200 trainees in Lashkargah
Capacity building
This training covered seven different skills and was conducted over a six-month period for 200 males and females who had been reintegrated through the APRP program across Helmand Province.
Training of officials to increase their capacity.
Capacity building
This program was designed by the Civil Service Commission to provide training for 500 officials from different LMs in three main sections: Human Resource Management, Time Management, and Policy and Planning Management.
Open Services Delivery Program

This project was designed to work with local officials to reach for the issues of people on time, respond to the requests and follow up the cases, shared success stories and generally increase the trust of the people on the government and linkage them with local communities.
