To assist the project in strengthening, opportunities, weaknesses, and threats, there is a need for conducting baseline, end-line, midterm, final, and impact assessments. Thus, TSDO in 2019 conducted data collection on the evaluation of the Afghanistan Resilience Consortium and Early Recovery Consortium. Environmental and social impact assessment and preparation of resettlement action plan for CASA 1000 project across seven provinces in partnership with an international development consultant. TSDO conducted validation of survey data which has already been collected by other survey companies in 11 provinces. The technical review has been done by World Bank
