This Project was designed to bring district youths to LKG and aware them from the progress and what the government is doing for them and joining Peace – The duration for every phase was four days but all phases were implemented in 10 months.

Aprp Vocational Training Program For 200 Trainees In Lashkergah
Capacity building
This training was in 7 different skills for 200 male and female for six months who were re-integrated with APRP program across Helmand Province.
Training Of Officials For Increasing Their Capacity

This program was designed by the civil service commission to provide training for 500 officials from different LMs in three main sections of Human Resource Management, Time Management, Policy and Planning Management.

This project was designed to work with local officials to reach for the issues of people on time, respond to the requests and follow up the cases, shared success stories and generally increase the trust of the people on the government and linkage them with local communities.
Vocational Training Program For 200 Trainees In Lashkergah City Of Helmand
Vocational training
This training was in 5 different skills for 140 male and 60 females for three months who have lost their family members in the war, re-integrated with peace and poor unemployed members of communities in Helmand Province.

TSDO since 2010 has provided computer and English language Training for fifty religious leaders including Masjid’s Imam in 2019. TSDO provided Kancor preparation training In Helmand and Nangahar for 10,000 graduated students from 12 classes inclusion of 3000 Girls and 7000 boys and girls. As well as in 2019, TSDO provided Vocational training for a total of 400-person inclusion of 280 men and 120 women in the areas of Tailoring, embroidery, electricity, vehicle mechanic, carpentry, painting, and generator repair.

Under the Just Future project, TSDO organizes town halls, symposiums, and coordination meetings primarily focusing on women. It engages DFA-related authorities and departments to enhance their capacity and skills needed for change.

Capacity building is a core intervention in TSDO policy and responsibility against organizational team capacity and capabilities, targeted communities, and related Government sectors. TSDO provided capacity building programmes such as pieces of training, workshops, and seminars to help governmental line departments for better governance, management, transparency, accountability, and sustainability as well as to work with members of the community, formal and informal justice Shuras, and initiatives. In 2013 TSDO provided training for 500 staff of different line ministries on Human Resources, Management, Time Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, and Policy and Planning. As well as TSDO management provided HR, Finance (QuickBooks), Targeting, Survey, Evaluation, PCM, Planning, and Reporting.
