In 2019, TSDO conducted vocational training to offer skills training in five areas for 400 direct beneficiaries, benefiting 3200 individuals indirectly. Of these, 60% were women and 40% were men. The beneficiaries comprised family members of war victims, impoverished unemployed individuals, and those reintegrated into the peace process in Helmand Province. The project, funded by the Provincial
Governor’s Office of Helmand Province, had a budget of 54,632 USD and lasted for 6 months.
