contracted in August 2023 for a one year duration with a total budget of $ 70000 and the targeted areas were Panjshir and Kapisa provinces. It is worth mentioning that TSDO’s
responsibility was to conduct vulnerability assessment and response within 24 hours after the disaster happens.
